Random Ocean Prose

I want to be like a dolphin. Free to roam, to jump, to play. To get little treats when I do something right instead of being judged for a mistake that I was meant to make. 

I want to be like a whale. Free to spout all my worries and sorrows into the air and go back into the depths of my existence without being questioned. 

I want to be like an orca. Playful, yet deadly. For they are in ways black and white, but I shall choose a more morally gray. 

I want to be like an octopus. Multitasking my life, and what I am entangled into another's. I want to set my boundaries, and not fall for anything, might it be hell disguised as a paradise from heaven.

I want to be like a sea turtle. Free to glide along and withdraw when I feel drained. To find my place and go back to my roots without having to be taught what they look like; to just know.

I want to be like the corals and weeds in the depths of the waters, swaying along to any tune that the currents may play. To let go easy and accept what is destined; to not be torn, like certain events in my history. 

Whether I am human or beast, I know problems will someday come to me. I cannot avoid them no matter how hard I try, I must face them to be returned with something sublime. We all have one life, so know that it is worth living. For the cost of what you shall face shall be for more you transcend.
